Weingut Max Ferdinand Richter
Founded as a wine export company in 1680, the same family still runs the wine business at Max Ferdinand Richter. The vineyards at Brauneberg in 1643 are still used today and the winery buildings, built in 1880, are also still used. The ninth generation of the same family are still in charge at the winery, producing high quality German wines for all.
The vineyards at Max Ferd Richter are grown on steep, rocky slopes and in this hard terrain, the product is particularly rewarding. They are particularly known for their high quality Riesling which flourishes in the unusual terrain. You can explore a range of Weingut Max Ferd Richter wines at The Fine Wine Company below.
