A dark, brooding wine with rich aromas of chocolate, mocha and ripe black cherries. The intense, savoury palate balances the weighty fruit with the ripe, supple tannins beautifully and finishes on a long, smoky, chocolate note.
Low temperature fermentation has retained the fresh, crisp and aromatic quality of the wine but still allows its character to shine through. Perfumes of white flowers and white melon with mineral notes provide a backdrop to the full, ripe palate and lift the finish. An elegant wine, with a touch of honey on the finish.
Lemon-gold in colour with an intense, aromatic perfume of ripe pears with a honeyed, almond notes. On the palate, this wine has stone fruit flavours of yellow peaches, a crisp, mineral character and good body on the finish.
