Tomero wines are produced by Argentinian wine company, Bodega Vistalba. The company was founded by Italian-descended Carlos Pulenta and it is based in the popular Mendoza region of Argentina. Bodega Vistalba has been producing wines since 2003 and now their wines can be enjoyed in over 20 countries.
The Tomero vines are grown in the Valle de Uco and the growers hand select the grapes with the best characteristics for each of their chosen varietals. Once they have selected the batches of grapes to be turned into each selected type of wine, they are then fermented in concrete vessels and this is how the Tomero Gran Reserva wines have been created. Many of their wines are characterised by the use of unusual grape varietals such as Petit Verdot. We have sourced a range of quality Tomero wines at the Fine Wine Company and they include both single bottles and cases and incorporate their leading product, their quality Malbec.
