A vibrant lifted nose of wild raspberries and roasted blueberries is married with a fresh and crunchy palate and long soft tannins. Translucent red fruits are the hallmark of this wine, supported by a savoury, spicy notes from the Meunier component and fresh cherry pip acidity on the finish.
Very pale straw in colour with green flecks. The nose shows apple skin, some marzipan/clove spice and floral bath salts. On the palate the wine has plenty of tension without piercing or taut acidity, rather soft and sherbetty, relying on phenolics as opposed to acid to provide the structure.
