Grapes are selected from vineyards in the Central Valley near the Andes Mountains with loamy soils and excellent drainage, aiding growth of the Cabernet Franc. A lovely, light red with balanced redcurrant fruit and slight herbal notes and delicate tannins.
Grapes are gently harvested and whole cluster pressed, with the juice fermented at cold temperatures. This leads to a clean and bright Pinot Grigio with fresh fruity aromas on the nose of pears and apples. The palate presents well-balanced acidity with a mineral touch.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes harvested from a number of vineyard sites. The wine is aged with a mixture of French and American oak for six months, showing red cherry with notes of bay leaf, olive and vanilla.
