This Tumbarumba Chardonnay is one of the best renditions of the cuv�e that I�ve had to date. Pale gold in colour, almost like tarnished silver it just looks great in the glass. There is a bit of reduction on the nose that will need a touch of time to resolve but doubtless it will do so impressively well.
Slightly herbal and leafy on the nose, the deep, currant-scented 2016 Bin 407 Cabernet Sauvignon blends fruit from five different regions of South Australia. It's medium to full-bodied, with soft, measured tannins and true Cabernet identity.
