The Paul Hobbs Winery was founded in 1991 and by 1998 land in Sebastopol, California became part of the estate and the wines began to grow. The wine production process at Paul Hobbs is designed to be as minimally-invasive as possible to ensure that the vines grow naturally and authentically.
Paul Hobbs wines are also fermented with natural, native yeasts and they are aged in French oak before being bottled unfiltered allowing their authentic flavour to be enjoyed without tainting. Paul Hobbs wines have picked up awards for their authentic and fresh flavour, including the Best in Show Red Bordeaux Varietal Over £10 & Regional Trophy for their 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley by Decanter Magazine. At the Fine Wine Company we have picked out a selection of fine wines from Paul Hobbs to give you a range to choose from and a chance to enjoy their unique Californian flavour.
