Jean Claude Boisset

In 1961 Jean Claude Boisset founded his eponymous winery in Nuits-St.-Georges and it has become one of the leading artisan Burgundy producers in the whole of France. Lead winemaker described as a kind of 'midwife' to wines by the company is Gregory Patriat and he has developed a winemaking ethos and process which focuses on using the natural resources available when growing vines and producing wines.

No synthetic yeasts are used in the production of Jean Claude Boisset wines and the fermentation process is left to occur naturally as its own pace. The wide range of wines produced by Jean Claude Boisset since their foundation in the 1960s has led to them becoming one of Burgundy's finest producers and at the Fine Wine Company we have a range of products from their collection including examples of Saint-Veran, Bourgogne Chardonnay and Bourgogne Pinot Noir. You can explore our collection at your leisure and enjoy fine examples of what Jean Claude Boisset has to offer.
