Subtle dried figs, hazelnuts and honeycomb come through on the nose along with more lifted notes of preserved lemons and lemon sherbert. Hints of hay add another layer of complexity. The palate is well weighted with a fine texture and a meringue mouth feel. Lemon curd flavours with a lime juice finish.
Bright pale pink in colour with aromas of musk, sherbert and Turkish delight. Also hints of pink grapefruit, strawberries and citrus peel. On the palate it is like a bowl of fresh raspberry coulis with a persistent fizz and a sweet yet fresh finish.
Intense fairy floss and blackcurrant perfumes wrap around notes of musk, Turkish delight and mandarin peel. The palate is rich in flavour, yet refined by a cleansing natural acidity. The spritzy naturally dissolved carbon dioxide leaves the palate refreshed.
The richly layered bouquet shows notes of honeysuckle, cardamon, pithy lemons and grapefruit skin, along with freshly cut white pears. Like fresh rain on beach rocks. The palate is as crisp and fresh as biting into a fresh green apple. Tight but with a melting acidity that lingers like fresh lemonade. A really lively wine with a solid flick of crisp citrus on the finish.
Briary chocolate and just a hint of stemmy spice on the nose. Musk and brambly red berries combine with orange peel, dark cocoa powder and roasted coffee beans. Wet red earth and undergrowth. The palate shows spicy clovey notes with a Campari like stalkiness. Tight and brooding with a touch of savoury peat. A round fresh palate with a twang of chalky tannin
