A golden colour with pink highlights, Leslie's Reserve is a fresh and vibrant style with an expressive and fruity character of citrus, green apple and a creamy mousse. It has a lovely roundness on the palate, refreshing acidity on the finish and complexity derived from the lees ageing.
Clear with pale tint of green and a light, creamy bubble. Nose is expressive with apple blossom, fresh ripe apple. Palate is light, fresh, with well balanced acidity and ripe orchard fruit characters. Subtle sweetness on the finish.
This is the second vintage of the Liberty's Bacchus by Hush Heath. All the vines are located in the Foxwood Vineyard which is situated on the highest point of the estate and is a south facing. The wine is characterized by intense herbaceous notes and zesty acidity.
Bright ruby red, with a very clean and aromatic nose. Classic cool climate Pinot Noir characteristics with cherry, violets and blackberry. The palate is light and fresh, ripe red berry and cherry flavours supported by a touch of sweet spice.
