Brilliant in appearance and pale straw in colour with lemon/lime hues. The bouquet is an enticing mix of white field flowers, grapefruit, pear essence and brioche. Enriched with layers of nutmeal, the palate�s fine, creamy texture is supported by toasted vanillin oak. The bright lemon acidity adds a degree of restraint and length to finish the wine.
Dark and dense cherry in colour with a bouquet of warm and primary bright fruit notes of black currant and mulberry with a perfumed lift of sweet mint, cocoa and freshly rubbed herbs.The palate�s opulent fruit weight and supple fruit tannins are deftly cradled by fine oak flavour and tannins. A mineral and chalky structure enhances palate texture and length.
Vibrant green gold in colour with delicate scents of white field flowers, pear drop essence and citrus oils enriched with minerals, nutmeg spice and caramel. The palate has a pliable fruit core of citrus, peach and dried pear is moulded around the fine nut -meal texture and cr�me brulee richness. The wine is finished with a fresh flint/mineral acidity to balance the ripe fruit.
Brilliant and pale lemon yellow in colour with intense and lifted aromas of zested lemon/lime citrus and fresh pears. The palate is full of fresh citrus, nashi pear and golden delicious apple flavours that give depth and richness. Whilst defined by these rich fruit flavours, the palate is guided by a fine, citrus acidity that adds length and finesse.
