Hattingley Valley are a specialist English producer of sparkling wines. Using traditional methods they have elevated themselves to one of the leading English sparkling wine producers and they have only been producing and releasing their wines onto the market since 2013. Hattingley Valley was established in 2008 by Simon Robinson and he soon teamed up with Emma Rice, who had previously formed the wine analysis laboratory Custom Crush.
By 2010 they had joined forces and created a modern, eco-friendly winery and the production of Hattingley Valley wines could begin. The vineyard at Hattingley Valley spreads over 24 hectares over two separate sites and Hattingley Valley are proud to be the largest contract maker of sparkling wines in the whole of England. The current range from Hattingley Valley includes examples which are lightly oaked as well as those which are aged on lees in stainless steel tanks and the incorporate a combination of innovative new ideas and traditional production methods to create their range of fresh sparkling wines.
