When Fitz decided to make an English Sparkling wine they wanted to create a point of difference in the market. They chose to use the Charmat method, a production technique favoured by many Italian and German producers of quality sparkling wine, they were able to produce a different style of wine giving a more fruit driven, easy drinking and approachable style.
Hints of redcurrant and raspberry on the nose with a creamy red berry palate. Vibrant pink in colour, with a crisp,refreshing finish. Shows gentle, fine bubbles with balanced sweetness. The wine is best served chilled as an apertif or with light chicken and seafood dishes or our favourite fish and chips. The wine is 100% vegan.
