Hand-made crop in small cases of 10 kgs, sorting table, traditional wine-making, vatting of the destemmed crop from two weeks in open wooden vats, with a maturing from 12 to 18 months in oak barrels with 30 % of new oak.
Magnificent straw yellow in colour with the pronounced aromas of smokey almond often associated with the richness of Puligny-Montrachet. The wine is round with sweet almond and honey notes and yet taut acidity. The oak is present but nicely integrated. All in all this wine is powerful, elegant and memorable.
