This cuvee from the Cazes estate develops fruitiness and is distinguished by these fine tannins, which express the richness of the Roussillon sun. Served at 16 C, it can accompany quail skewers with dried fruits, poultry in sauce and grilled meats. It can be easily kept up to 5 years.
This wine owes its name to the four winds that sweep the Fitou terroir: the Tramontane, the Marin, the Mitgjorn and the Levant. Deep garnet red. The nose presents lifted aromas of ripe fruit, fresh spices and roasted notes. A powerful palate with silky tannins.
A wine for sharing, the nose, lively and elegant with red fruits notes. On the palate, round with great flexibility, revealing forest fruit aromas. We reccomend to decant so that the wine expresses itsself completely.
Light gold in colour with lovely fresh, vibrant aromas of citrus and exotic, tropical fruit, peaches and apricots. Full and sweet on the palate with pure citrus and apricot flavours and a great level of acidity which lifts the finish and ensures impeccable balance.
Deep amber in colour, with aromas strongly reminiscent of dried fruit and candied citrus fruit peel. On the palate it is rich and unctuous though with a lovely balance which prevents it from cloying, dark and nutty with great intensity and a mineral character on the finish.
The nose is very aromatic, a bouquet of white flowers with grapefruit notes. On the palate, this dry wine reveal a great balance as well as a nice and refreshing acidity. The final reveals pear and white peach notes.
