Chateau St Cosme

Chateau St Cosme is a well-known estate in the Gigondas region. Wine has been produced on their land since the Roman times and the estate has been with the Barruol family since 1570. They began producing bulk wines but soon moved away from this in the 90s, with a large shift in quality, further improved when they embraced biodynamics in 2010.

The Chateau St Cosme estate combines 15 hectares of vineyard. They have a varied selection of vines, with their oldest selection something they're very proud of. In additional to their 15 hectares in the heart of the Gigondas they also have a further 10 hectares in Violès. This expands their range of wines even further. Please explore our range of Chateau de Cosme wines below.
