It's co-fermented, at first playing it's Riesling card with lime florals andd aromatics, though the more exotic gewurztraminer comes out of it's shell as you go. They do, perhaps, add to this wine's fabulous texture: chalky, pithy and peppery/spicy with a lingering, mouth watering result.

Grenache contributes the raspberry and strawberry palate while Mourv�dre adds structure and a lingering spice. The splash of aromatic field blend wine emphasises strawberry, musk and turkish delight aromas.
The Barossa, Synonymous with big bold and beautiful Shiraz. The Chaffey Bros Synonymous Shiraz is right on queue. Deep crimson/purple in colour with a nose of cedar, spice and plum hinting at the mix of dark fruits and chocolate lurking on the rich structured palate. The wine shows powerful depth of flavour with plush lingering mouthfeel.
This is definitely a Grenache-driven GSM! Subtle seasoned oak and caramel lead to a deep-fruited, dark cherry and strawberry palate with supple fine-grain tannin. Gentle refreshing acidity gives great line and drives the brooding and delicious fruit through to a lingering finish.
