Alois Lageder is a family wine estate which has a great reputation for exceptional viticulture and quality winemaking. They have a commitment to sustainable and holistically-driven business and the winery was first founded in 1823.
The winery is in fifth and sixth generation family ownership with Alois Lageder and Alois Clemens Lageder now directing the company. Innovation and tradition are key driving forces behind wine production here. Alois Lagederâs estate is based in the mountainous countryside of the Alto Adige region, in the north east of the country. The winery has a real focus on holistic and sustainable production, respecting the soil and keeping spraying and other invasive processes to a minimum. They have a range of different wine collections and at the Fine Wine Company our range of Alois Lageder wines incorporate examples of their Pinot Grigio vintages, their sweet and fresh Lagrein Rosato and rich and classic Pinot Noir.
