Made from 100% Estate-grown Chardonnay using the highest quality cuvee cut from the press, this wine has spent a min. of 36 months on lees to create a rich, textured, pure & elegant style with characteristic aromas of baked apple, almond & pastry backed by a crisp citrus acidity - all harmoniously balanced with a low 5g/L dosage.
Our highest quality batches from across the vineyard are selected to become our Estate wine. A perfectly balanced, generous, soft and expressive style of bottle-fermented English sparkling wine made from selected base wines over multiple vintages. Burnished copper in hue and with delightful panettone-like aromas of sweet baked bread, dried apricots, nuts and candied citrus peels courtesy of its 36 months on lees.
