Central Valley

Central Valley is Chile’s best known and most productive wine region. It is situated not far from the capital, Santiago and it sits directly across the Andes from one of Argentina’s leading wine regions – Mendoza. Central Valley has four sub-regions: Curico Valley, Rapel Valley, Maipo Valley and Maule Valley and the whole area is 250 miles in length and covers a range of climate types.
