Full of ripened fruit flavours including cherry, raspberry and strawberry, it.s the light and spicy notes at the finish that really make this Ruinart Ros. so special. It's fruity and subtle enough to go with just about everything, but I think it's best served alongside fresh Carpaccio di Manzo, rocket and parmesan shavings. The high proportion of Chardonnay (45%) means the Ruinart Ros. ages far better than its rival Champagnes and if stored in your cellar will continue to improve with age. It is also made of 55% Pinot Noir from the best recent vintages. The grapes are from the vineyards in Sillery and Brimont as well as premiers crus from C.te de Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. The finest crus are used in the making of this fruity Ruinart Champagne.
