Where to start with this unique wine? A beautiful orange-tinted colour in the glass. Bursting with aromas of fresh apricot, citra hops, peach skin and Braeburn apple which follow through to the palate. Dry and refreshing with bright acidity and amazing flavour concentration. Incredibly drinkable.
A beguiling nose, full of freshness, combining the classic white pepper notes of Grüner Veltliner with floral aromatics of Riesling. There's a delicious 'wildness' about this edition of Pulp Fiction, with fruit flavours of quince and apple skin. Vibrant and refreshing on the palate. Erich says this is 'probably the most drinkable wine in my whole portfolio'.
