Sherry holds a special place in the history of wine as one of the oldest types still available today. At The Fine Wine Company we are dedicated to offering a range of sherries, all brought in from the specialist area in Andalucia where sherry is produced.
Our range represents the plethora of flavours and styles available from this tiny region from the lighter, dry Manzanilla to more intense, deep Pedro Ximenez with its sweeter tones lending it to use in desserts and as a digestif. There is an amazingly wide range of different sherry options available from such a small, distinct region of Spain yet we have worked tirelessly to ensure our range represents as many quality examples as possible.

Dark golden in colour, obtained by using both types of ageing. During the first three years it is a fino and after that it starts the oxidation process for at least five years. Dry with a yeasty, nutty aroma and a clean, dry finish.
Deep amber in colour with dried fruit and woody aromas. Full and rich on the palate. Warming flavours of raisins and walnut. Sweet with a lasting, smooth finish.
A vibrant amber colour, ripe grape and raisin on the nose. Fresh palate with a velvet entry and well integrated acidity. Dates, figs, raisins and a lengthy finish.
Golden in colour with an intense nose with the exceptional aromas expected of a late harvest: figs, raisins and prunes that blend with the pastry, typical of aging on lees. Light and intense in the mouth. Subtle, filling but not tiring. The acidity and natural sweetness play with ripe and fleshy fruit, leading to a long aftertaste in which the oak is so elegant
A clean gold colour with green highlights. The nose is marked by the French oak, which accentuates the raisin and prune aromas. A soft palate despite the high alcohol and a pleasant finish of ripe fruit and oak
This dry Amontillado acquires a genuine, rich and nutty flavour through years of ageing. Amber in colour, with hazelnut aromas on the nose. Light, soft and round on the palate, with a long aftertaste.
Savoury with walnut notes, toasted almonds and hazelnut, hints of garrapinada (almonds tossed in caramel), tocino de cielo (a dessert made from egg yolks and caramel) and traces of dried fruits. There is a slightly saline note on the finish.
A fine Manzanilla that's powerfully aromatic. Fresh, with a salty tang, with plenty of acidity together with a very satisfying lemon twist to the finish
This is a wine for connoisseurs, bottled almost unfiltered in order to preserve its golden color and racy character. The nose shows very complex and intense aromas, and a remarkable roundness in the palate (the traditional buttery touch of old finos) as a result of the autolysis of dead flor yeasts resting on the bottom of the vessel.
The nose is intense and sharp highlighting the aromas of apple, fresh almond and hay on a background of yeast. The palate is unctuous and complex with hints of soil and long aging that make it particularly tasty.
By the end of 2010, and on the fifth birthday of the creation at Equipo Navazos, they were lucky enough that their friends at Prez Barquero allowed them to celebrate it with a super limited release: a racy Amontillado from Montilla. An extremely old NO wine of exceptional intensity and concentration, and spectacular complexity, sourced from one of the row-end butts that rest in Prez Barqueros…
This is surely one of the most exciting releases of all from Equipo Navazos, which is harmonious yet at the same time rare and exotic as well as having that beguiling character that suggests not just its origin in the Albariza vineyards of Pago Miraflores in Sanlucar but also hints of aged white burgundy. This is still quite delicate on the nose, but plenty of concentration, flavours and mineralit…
A powerful if extremely elegant Palo Cortado, sourced from oxidative wines aged for an average of 30 years. Remarkable finesse and expressiveness, with very complex nose of amontillado and oloroso, plus citrus notes of orange peel.
Showing a well settled and profound profile as well as salty and cheerful vibrancy, La Bota de Manzanilla No.93 'Navazos' is an unbeatable match on the dinner table. It has been bottled after only the slightest filtration in order to preserve its genuine character and its deep golden colour with green hues as if straight from the butt.
Since the 1980s and for around a dozen years, years, the amontillado soleras of Rainera P. Marn were made of soleras labeled within the cellar as Manzanilla Pasada, and came from the third criadera of Amontillado M. Pda. , M. Pda. Viejsima, iand M. Pda. Vieja. After 2007, the greater part of these traditionally labeled stocks was restructured. The finest and deepest butts were selected,…
