A perfect wine to serve at the end of a meal with its heady nutty flavours, caramel notes and mouth watering backbone of acidity. Pair with ripe creamy cheeses for a full on taste sensation.
A quality Marsala wine made in the traditional way. This Marsala is dry (secco) in style, with 28g/l residual sugar and has all the characteristics of a quality traditional Marsala with notes of bitter almonds, sultanas and vanilla. On the palate, it is smooth and elegant and rich in body with intense flavours of dried fruit and nuts and a long, dry finish.
Dark amber in colour, with aromas of dried figs, sultanas and caramel. This wine is round and soft on the palate with fresh notes of dried fruit, nuts and honeysuckle with a pleasant, sweet and clean finish.
