Whisky has become a popular drink around the world and whilst the Scottish variety is amongst the most popular, Kentucky-style bourbon and triple distilled Irish whiskies are very popular too. Each type of whisky has its own character and flavour thanks to its distillation and ageing process. The ingredients used may differ slightly too with rye and corn used as well as malted barley in some products, delivering a very different flavour and character. You probably know which your favourite is already or which one would be the best gift and if you're not sure or need advice, The Fine Wine Company team are happy to help.
