Deep ruby red in colour, with a black cherry core. This wine has lively berry fruits on the nose, with a touch of liquorice and a hint of black pepper. The 2009 is full of fruit, juicy and round with ripe tannnins that gently support the cherry, cassis and herb character on the finish.
The Cornas has a lovely deep colour with a ripe and spicy nose of fragrant black fruits. The tannins are smooth but structured. St�phane�s wines have this appealing concentration of fruit, finesse and purity that is profound and mouthfilling.
The 2012 is characterised by an instantly beautiful maturity. The wine exudes aromas of black fruits, violets and a touch of spice. Well structured, with richness and a nice density. Spices linger on the long finish.
The 2010 Moulin des Chnes is a full, soft, generous wine mainly from Syrah, Grenache and Mourvdre. It is generous in body with supple tannins and primary fruit and freshness, with a long, mellow finish.
