A naturally sweet keeved cider made from bittersweet cider apples harvested late, on the winter solstice. Slowly fermented with wild yeasts, it is bottled on the Spring equinox and released on the Summer solstice. Bursting with natural fruit flavours, Solstice is great served chilled, as an aperitif or with dessert.
Run Deep is a bone dry, complex blended cider using fruit from Ditcheat Hill and Limeburn Hill orchards. It has bright acidity, balanced tannins and typical bittersweet aromas, with a distinctively Somerset character. Drink with good Cheddar. Twenty two months maturation in tanks before bottling. All Wilding fruit is hand picked from unsprayed, unfertilised traditional orchards. No additives.
