A genre-defining American pale ale thats made in London! Beavertowns signature beer is all about the hops, and from the moment you crack the beer open you can smell them. Fruity, zesty and floral, every kind of hop aroma is there, dominated by the tropical fruit and citrus. The sweet malt background is light enough to let those massive hops shine throughout the beer, especially in the finish whe…
"Introducing the newest addition to our meticulous lineup of core range offerings, LUPULOID IPA, a 6.7% India Pale Ale. It's our first straight up IPA, no funny business, just malt, yeast, water and hops. Lots of hops."
Beavertowns Session IPA Neck Oil pack a huge amount of flavour into a light, refreshing beer. It is crammed full of hops that are added a different times during the brew to bring out their individual flavours while reducing the bitterness. It starts out very dry to taste that is then quickly overtaken by the floral fruity notes of the hops before a dry, hoppy full-flavoured finish that makes a mo…
At Campervan Brewery we dont claim to be great singers or movie makers but we do make great beers. Weve brought West Coast American hops to the East Coast of Scotland to give you a taste of Sunshine on Leith. A van load of orange zest adds a juicy fruitiness that even Begbie could appreciate.
This comforting dark beer is a rich and well balanced Porter. Its milk chocolate and cold press coffee flavours work in harmony with a smooth bitterness. Leith Porter is the perfect drink to go wandering.
This Baltic Porter - Collab with Williams & Johnson Coffee Co. - was lagered in tank for four weeks prior to being aged in Irish Whiskey octaves. Maturing in these small casks provides a high surface area of oak to the beer, leading to more intense flavours. Fresh cold brew Rwandan coffee, roasted the previous day by Williams & Johnson, was blended in during bottling. The result is a sweet vanilla…
This Baltic Porter was lagered in tank for four weeks prior to being aged in a second-fill Bourbon barrel on raspberries, cocoa nibs and vanilla. The result is a decadent dark chocolate delight, with a smooth bitterness and a sharp raspberry finish
Hiver is golden straw in colour and opens with an inviting honey aroma supported by a light roasted maltiness. By using Challenger and UK Cascade hops sparingly, they contrast with a hint of citrus, bringing depth and balance to the nose without overpowering the delicate honey esters.
Darker roasted malts are the key feature in this honey brown ale with Kentish Admiral hops on the nose and a delicate berry aroma and subtle bitterness from Bramling cross variety. The Beekeeper describes the Warwickshire blossom honey as the Worcester sauce of honeys and blended with a small amount of Yorkshire heather honey, the ale has the perfect balance of malt, hop and honey.
A dank and juicy IPA using Golden Promise, wheat and Cara Munich malts in the mash for a sweetly smooth body. For the hops we judiciously bittered with Magnum in the kettle followed by Citra T90 in both the whirlpool and in dry-hopping. The aroma/flavour is fruit-filled, dank and resinous, with plenty of tropical mango giving a moreish drinkability. Fermented with our house American ale yeast (WLP…
"High Wire (with 100% natural grapefruit flavour) is our tribute to the Pale Ales of the West Coast of America, beers unapologetically hop forward in character. Let your taste buds walk this test of balance. Mango, Lychee and lip-smacking grapefruit flavours harmonise against a smoothly composed malt base, which develops into a crisply bitter finish. Are you ready for our tightrope of taste?"
A superior alcohol free ale, less than 0.5%ABV, dark brown in colour with mahogany highlights and a lingering tight ecru head. The nose is malt forward and the beer is dry and satisfying. The dry malty character is an excellent complement to spicy food. The bottle label is based on an advertising poster used by Samuel Smiths in the 1950s
Brewed with well water (the original well, sunk in 1758, is still in use with the hard water is drawn from 85 feet underground), the gently roasted organic chocolate malt and organic cocoa impart a delicious, smooth and creamy character, with inviting deep flavours and a delightful finish - this is the perfect marriage of satisfying stout and luxurious chocolate
Probably the best word ever. Cwtch (rhymes with butch) can mean either cuddle or cubbyhole. Grab a glass, relax and cwtch up with this untraditional Welsh red ale - a perfect blend of six caramelly malts and three citrussy American hops. It isnt your average bitter - the hops do more to this deep amber coloured beer than just provide bite. Any old hop can do that! Weve selected some of the most…
This is the liquid version of jumping on a hammock, lying back and letting the sun hit your face. In your hand is a Lazy Boy: a thirst-quenching, sessionable Golden Ale hopped up with the citrus spice of Cascade and Willamette hops.
