Subtle, delicate sparkling ros from Hampshire, offering a mouthful of red fruit, a fresh, tangy, redcurrant acidity and warm, creamy notes from time ageing on lees, the yeasty leftovers that add layers of flavour.
Hattingley Valley's first Demi-Sec has a lovely bronze hue and rich caramelised apple and blackberry crumble aromas. Notes of brown sugar, ripe red fruit and pastry on the palate, it has a sweetness that complements the classic English acidity to create a perfectly balaced wine. This is all wrapped up with a long and intense finish.
