This property is located between 250-400 metres above sea level in the zone of the Colli Aretini on the eastern fl ank of the Monti del Chianti. The estate was acquired by the Bazzocchi family in the 1940s. Since the second half of the 1980s, the present owner, Lucia Bazzocchi Sanjust, helped by her son Luca Sanjust, has transformed the property into one of Tuscany’s very best estates. The property extends at present over 272 hectares, which includes 31 hectares of vineyards, 19 hectares of specialised olive groves and 10 hectares of arable land, with the remaining land surface being forest.
